The fertigation and water treatment system serves as the central hub for the entire soilless cultivation project

2026-11-06

This integrated system encompasses the full operational cycle: raw water pre-treatment, reverse osmosis (RO) purification, nutrient solution formulation, zoned constant-pressure irrigation, and the disinfection and recirculation of return nutrient solutions. Through independent, zoned piping, the system can deliver customized nutrient formulations simultaneously to various cultivation units—such as those for tomatoes, cucumbers, strawberries, leafy green seedlings, or ebb-and-flow (tide) benches. It provides real-time monitoring of EC and pH levels, automatically adjusting nutrient concentrations to meet the specific nutritional requirements of crops at different growth stages.

Return nutrient solutions are filtered, disinfected, and recycled within a closed-loop system. This significantly conserves water and fertilizer resources, reduces environmental pressure caused by nutrient runoff, and mitigates the risk of spreading pathogens that may be present in the recirculated solution. The system integrates with smart greenhouse environmental control systems, enabling automated irrigation based on preset schedules. It supports dual-mode operation—via a local touchscreen or remote monitoring—allowing for real-time access to operational status and alarm logs.
Featuring a standardized, clearly labeled piping layout, the system is designed for ease of operation and maintenance. It is well-suited for large-scale commercial greenhouses, hydroponic leafy-green production facilities, and various soilless fruit and vegetable cultivation projects.
